The only regret I have is that I didn't bring Adjusters International to the party immediately after our loss. If we would have retained you a few days earlier, you could have taken control before the insurance company did so. If you would have been there from the beginning, our insurance carrier would have paid less money, and Diagonal LLC would have had a clear choice to get our tenants back in place in a shorter timeframe. Our recovery was more than double the insurance company's initial assessment.

Had I accepted my insurance company´s ridiculous settlement offer, I would have been left with a patched-up home with mismatched cabinets, a chronic mildew odor, and thousands of dollars of concealed damage that would have eventually needed repair at my own expense. With your diligent work, my home is again in excellent condition. You and your construction experts identified numerous areas of damage that the [insurance company] adjuster overlooked. You ensured that I received all of the benefits that I was entitled to under my insurance policy, including items that I never even thought of myself.

Our mosque sustained roof damage due to the weight of snow and ice which lead to a partial structural collapse and interior damage. The claim sat dormant for nearly eight months until we retained Matrix. With your guidance and involvement, a repair estimate was prepared and submitted to the carrier, noting that both engineering reports captured the damage, but the carrier’s report did not accurately capture the cause of loss. Had we not retained Matrix, it is most likely the carrier would never have acknowledged coverage and we would have been required to pay for the necessary repairs with our own funds.

I would like to personally thank you and your company for the assistance you provided in resolving our claim for the damages we sustained as a result of hurricane Lenny. Your hard work and determination was the sole reason we were able to collect as much as we did from our insurer.

Your expertise in coordinating: the voluminous documents into a comprehensive business income claim, the contractor's 60-page building estimate, the Ace Hardware inventory and fixture sheets, and all of the management staff's efforts - then putting them all together into a package that the insurance company actually paid as presented, was really remarkable. We could not have done this without you!
